Flagship Powersports is a program that benefits entrepreneurs and business owners by developing, training and coaching them to run efficient and highly profitable dealerships. We begin by assisting with fundraising and searching for a dealership location, followed by a multi-day training program at Flagship Mission Control. Once the training is complete, our program aids in setting up the dealership, hiring and training the staff, and providing inventory for the showroom. Our team continues to support the Flagship Dealership after it has opened by providing guidance with staff management, sales training, marketing, bookkeeping, goal setting, and any other topic needed. This program is built to make dealerships reach higher levels of profitability at a faster pace than deemed possible without the Flagship Program; we do this by attuning to our clients and adapting our methods based on experience to fit the unique culture, structure, and landscape that each dealership encompasses.
